Sugar Crush

This is an entry into the Jamoween 2 game jam for Indie Game Squad.

The theme of the jam was "Buried Alive"

The monsters are rising from the underworld. The only way to stop them is by trick-or-treating and earning buckets of candy with which to bury them alive and slow their ascent.

Choose the funniest punchline for jokes in order to get the most candy and win the game. If you're not funny enough, then the monsters win and humanity itself loses big time. No pressure.

This game uses music and sound effects from opengameart.org.

It uses the free Pixim font by Yan Amorim, hosted on dafont.com.
